THE LATEST IN TECHNOLOGY AT AN AFFORDABLE PRICE FOR EVERY PLAYER.

Drivers

Diamond Face Tech

Behind the face, the revolutionary Diamond Face technology features 42 different thick and thin diamond shapes, producing a massive sweet spot. The Diamond Face produces a hotter face with faster ball speeds, reduction of spin and better performance on off-centre hits.

“OF THE HUNDREDS OF DRIVERS WE'VE DESIGNED, THE EXS 220 DRIVER IS A SUBSTANTIAL LEAP FORWARD IN DESIGN INNOVATION." DAVID GLOD PRESIDENT, FOUNDER & MASTER CLUB DESIGNER

8-1-1 Titanium Face

The high-grade 8-1-1 Titanium face of the EXS 220 Driver is shallower and features a lower density, lighter Titanium to allow for more weight repositioning.

MAX M.O.I. DESIGN

The EXS 220 Driver produces extreme Moment of Inertia (M.O.I.) numbers with its all new elongated face-to-back shape and adjustable 9-gram back weight to create one of the highest M.O.I. ratings ever manufactured in a driver. Additional weights will be available in 3 grams, 6 grams, 11 grams and 14 grams to help dial in the preferred swing weight and trajectory.

Triple Carbon Tech

Helping secure such high M.O.I. numbers was also made possible by the employment of Triple Carbon Fiber technology featured on the crown and heel/toe areas of the sole.

This premium and extremely light weight carbon fiber provides extreme weight savings that could then be repositioned into the back of the clubhead.

Adjustable Hosel

An adjustable hosel allows golfers to adjust the loft Plus/Minus 2 degrees up and down, so with three lofts being offered in 9.5, 10.5, and 12 degrees, the EXS 220 offers an unprecedented range of lofts from 7.5 degrees to 14 degrees between the three loft options. A left-handed version will be made available in the 10.5 loft option.

Sound Diffusion Bar

Tour Edge engineers have placed a Sound Diffusion Bar (S.D. Bar) inside the club head that has been used to improve the acoustic engineering of the entire new EXS metalwood line up.

The S.D. Bar was modeled using the F.E.A software to research and fine tune the acoustical properties of the driver. The S.D. Bar is similar idea employed in music studios and concert halls with diffusion panels used to enhance the richness of sound.

Fairway

Diamond Face Tech

While typical variable face thickness would feature only three layers of thick and thin areas behind the face, Diamond Face technology features 44 different thick and thin diamond shapes behind the face of the fairway metal, producing a sweet spot that is extended higher on the toe, heel and center of the face.

Max M.O.I. Design

The combination of the back weight, the Diamond Cup Face and Dual Carbon Sole produced impressive distance gains, while also providing extreme forgiveness off the face by greatly increasing the M.O.I. of the clubhead.

Dual Carbon Tech

Dual Carbon Fiber placements featured in the heel and toe and a new larger 6-gram weight placed in the rear of the clubhead helped create extreme weight savings that could be then repositioned to help create the extreme jump in MOI properties and to create the ideal C.G. position for a fairway metal.

Slipstream Sole

The SlipStream Sole features improved wider speed channels that create a faster clubhead speed due to smoother turf interaction.

Sound Diffusion Bar

The EXS 220 fairway metal also features the S.D. Bar used to improve the acoustic engineering by enhancing the richness of sound upon impact.

Hybrids

Diamond Face Tech

The Diamond Face technology features 44 different thick and thin diamond shapes behind the face, producing a massive sweet spot.

Max M.O.I. Design

The EXS 220 Hybrid features a new M.O.I. raising shape that is deeper from face to back and an adjustable 4-gram back weight that creates a more stable and forgiving hybrid design. Additional weights will be available in 7 grams and 10 grams to help dial in the preferred swing weight and trajectory.

Raised Center Of Gravity

A raised Center of Gravity (C.G.) is accomplished by indents on the heel and toe on the sole of the club head, allowing weight to be strategically positioned to reduce spin. These indents act as thicker area weight pads positioned from the weight savings of the lighter face and help reduce turf interaction in conjunction with the SlipStream Sole so the hybrid is the ultimate club to glide through the rough.

Slipstream Sole

The SlipStream Sole of the hybrid has been redesigned with wider channels to allow the center of the sole to engage into the turf and lower the leading edge at impact for more solid contact.

Sound Diffusion Bar

Inside the club head, Tour Edge engineers have placed an S.D. Bar that has been used to improve the acoustic engineering of the hybrid.

EXS Utility Irons

Hollow-Body Design

A lighter face also allows for a deeper C.G. (Center of Gravity) so the sole can be narrower for the ideal presentation at address, while still being extremely easy to hit and launch due to the hollow-body design providing optimal perimeter weight distribution.

Beta Titanium L-Cup Face

The EXS Ti-Utility hollow-body iron features a Beta Titanium L-Cup Face that’s Combo Brazed onto a 431-stainless steel body, producing the ultimate in perimeter weighting fueled distance and forgiveness.

Combo Brazing

Combo Brazing is a zero-welding technology that fuses Titanium to steel, reducing weight in the face and allowing for a faster and more powerful transfer of energy from club to ball.

Compact Face Shape

Allows for the workability of a traditional forged iron.

Rounded Hybrid-Style Sole

A rounded hybrid-style sole combined with beveled leading edge allows the club to glide easily through any turf condition. Another new edition is the notch hosel that allows bending up or flat lies +/- 3 degrees for expert custom fitting.

EXS 220 Irons

Hollow-Body

The hollow-body long irons of the EXS 220 set (4 through 7 irons) offer extreme power, while the deep undercut scoring irons (8 through Gap Wedge) offer precise accuracy with tight dispersion characteristics.

The hollow-body long irons feature a forged maraging steel 450 Cup Face, while the scoring irons are a solid 431-stainless-steel construction.

Spiderweb VFT Tech

State-of-the-art SpiderWeb Variable Face Thickness technology located behind the face that acts as a web across the face to enhance the sweet spot in every direction.

Tungsten Toe Weight

The EXS 220 irons feature a 19-gram Tungsten weight for extreme toe weighting and an expanded sweet spot.

Launchpad Tech

The irons also feature LaunchPad Technology, a TPE polymer housed in the internal cavity insert that has been coated with a special performance gel that absorbs shock and creates more spring effect.

Ramped Sole

A Ramped Sole offers more relief on the heel and toe for smoother turf interaction, while a new Notch Hosel allows for easier bending +/- 4 degrees for expert custom fitting.

More Progressive

This Iron is Power Lofted for maximum distance gains that are designed to maintain the same launch characteristics and apex heights as traditional lofts and feature progressive offsets and blade lengths from iron to iron.
